1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing the services provided by Lit Baggage, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Use of the Services
Lit Baggage specializes in offering a comprehensive suite of services related to airline luggage. This includes but is not limited to luggage sharing and connecting travelers on the same flight. The terms of service are subject to periodic updates or modifications without prior notice.
User Account and Accuracy of Information
In order to use the Services each Member must create a User Account and agrees to provide any personal information requested by LitBaggage. In particular, Members will be required to provide their first name, last name, age, title, valid telephone number and email address. Use of the Site is limited to those over the age of 18 years at the time of registration.
Members agree and accept that all of the information they provide to LitBaggage when setting up their User Account and at any other time shall be true, correct, complete and accurate in all respects. Members also agree that any information supplied to LitBaggage or posted on the Site in connection with any Trip will be true, accurate and complete.
Members agree and understand that LitBaggage does not undertake any verification to confirm the accuracy of any information provided by the Members, as the case maybe. LitBaggage will not be liable to any Member in the event that any information provided by another Member is false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent.
Unless expressly agreed by LitBaggage, Members are limited to one User Account per Member. No User Account may be created on behalf of or in order to impersonate another person.
Management of Disputes Between Members
LitBaggage will not be responsible for resolving disputes between members. Litbagage only aims to connect two individuals from the same flight to share their luggage cost. The transaction between them needs to take place outside of our services.
Contacting Members
By accepting the terms and conditions contained herein, every Member hereby agrees and gives consent to LitBaggage to communicate via phone calls, SMS, email, and such other means as LitBaggage may deem fit. Such communications to Members may be recorded through technical support provided by third parties for the purpose of training, and quality and for regularly updating the Members about the services of LitBaggage.
3. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Members may access the Services on the app at their own risk and using their best and prudent judgment before entering into any arrangements with other Members through the Site. LitBaggage will neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of Members nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the Members. LitBaggage hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability arising out of the use of the Site.
LitBaggage is not a party to any agreement between Travelers and will not be liable to either member.
4. User Conduct
Users engaging with Lit Baggage services are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, engaging in fraudulent behavior, unauthorized access, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
5. Privacy Policy
All content and materials provided by Lit Baggage, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and proprietary software, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without the explicit permission of the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability
Lit Baggage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of or inability to use our services. Users acknowledge that the Company's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
